Refund policy
General Policy
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind. Crystals are natural stones, which means slight variations or imperfections may occur—these are part of their unique beauty and character. We take care to ensure our product photos and videos accurately represent each item; however, minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to lighting or screen settings. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept this.
Special Circumstances for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional cases and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a return or refund, please email us at astraltouch.sg@gmail.com.
If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only. We do not provide cash refunds or return funds to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
Courier-Related Damages
All items are carefully packed and secured before shipment. Astral Touch is not responsible for damages during delivery. Any issues caused by the courier should be addressed directly with the shipping company. We will, however, do our best to support you in resolving delivery-related problems where possible.
