Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform for us to sell our products and services.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspicious or bulk purchases.

  • Crystals and jewelry sold on Astral Touch are natural products; slight variations or imperfections may occur and are part of their unique beauty.

  • We strive to display product colors and images accurately, but differences may occur due to screen or lighting conditions.

  • Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased and to cancel orders if needed.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.

Exceptions may be considered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receipt at astraltouch.sg@gmail.com. If approved, refunds are issued as store credit only. Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not provided.

Items must be inspected immediately upon receipt, and courier-related damages must be reported directly to the shipping company. We will assist where possible.

6. User Content

By submitting comments, feedback, or creative content, you grant Astral Touch permission to use, modify, or publish your submissions. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate third-party rights, contain harmful material, or mislead others.
